Fiona was founded in 1896 and with 100 years of experience, the company has been built on great knowledge and expertise in sowing techniques.The core of Fiona's production is equipment for sowing and placing of seed and commercial fertiliser, based on the latest results within conventional sowing technology.

Fiona exports 70 to 80% of its production and the products are sold in most of the world.

Furthermore, two new business areas have emerged: Manufacture of synthetic components and subcontracting for plate processing. Both these areas were developed out of the production of seed drills, and investments in new techniques and their high quality have opened up new opportunities for Fiona to become a supplier to other trades as well.
